its quiet unfortunate that i am not in australia this december. everyone will be in sydney in a weeks time, to celebrate my friend's wedding. from our circle of friends there, she is the first to get married! we wont be able to make it, for the baby is expected, very soon!
i miss my sydney/melbourne/geelong peeps! loves to you all xxx
What to do know, the end of the year is already approaching. whats up ? we are on study break for our A level exams in jan, and today is the day i step my foot down, and begin the studies! (i hope i keep my word!) its a good thing there are no classes as we can sleep in! but its sad cause i dont get to see the boyfriend very often =( i miss youuu!
In a matter of weeks my mummy dearest will be giving birth to my baby brother! i try make myself feel excited for this, but im not sure about it. i guess it will only kick in when i actually see the baby to believe it.
My best friend Azzah has moved into the neighborhood! and i get to see her so much more often now! i've been helping her unpack etc. oh and ive been asked to perform a dance with them on her Aunts Henna night! -its been at least a couple of years since ive danced infront of a crowd!
Ive been thinking about past my A levels which is starting to scare me a bit. Ive always wanted to go to monash since forever, but now the question comes out- what if they reject me? what if they have too many international students? what if they are more applicants with higher qualifications than myself? i havnt even thought of an alternative uni to apply! but i guess il have to apply to a few more!
It was raya haji last friday. There's not much hype about it here in KL, but im sure all my cousins in bangladesh, and friends in Sydney had a blast :) well i just got a little bit dressed up and spent time with my friends here and had lunch/dinner invites to the aunties house.
i was looking through old pictures when i found this. i love going through old photos, in fact i was just flicking through one of my photo albums-how time flies eh?
well this photo is from my 14th birthday if im not mistaken. the 3 of us went out dressed like this. haah! the things that ran through our minds then.
also, how much i have changed throughout the past years. i will never understand how. perhaps its the several change of social environment. just perhaps.
i have a box. its not a pencil box, its not a shoe box, its definitely not a cigarette box. its a shiny tin box.
inside this box lies many miscellaneous memories. memories which come informs of tickets. i have random movie tickets, dated back since 2006! cinemas from Kl to Geelong to Sydney to Melbourne to California. i have a ticket to the Telstra Dome in Melbourne - cricket test series, Aus vs. SA i have prom tickets, sweet 16 invitations, a ticket to the eye of Malaysia, train tickets, bus tickets, Mtv worldstage passes Universal Studios ticket theater ticket - Hamlet (where is my Billy Elliot ticket??)
i must say, i have a lot of tickets! each of which, takes me back to a memory! its my growing collection. me and my shiny tin box will go a long way. a long, long way. because memories are the best treasure!
i also love shopping, red nail polish, strawberries & champagne, flowers, beaches, peach soda, cars, pufume, shoes, pretty little things and most of all, i love my boyfriend. i have a tendency of making lame jokes and being hyper- but, you know you love me ;)
